Romite Group (f/k/a Romite Animation Studios) was an American production company formed by Robert W. Stainton, Michael Wildshill and Terry Ward. It's headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with it's subsidiaries Domino and Omegalpha locating both in Los Angeles (although Omegalpha also has an office in London).

In 2018, Romite Group merged with Pentasaurus Studios to form Waterdrop Animation Studios.

After a buyout of selected assets from Omegalpha, Domino and Romite, the three companies announced a merger.

Domino Entertainment (also known as Domino; f/k/a School Dare Productions and Domino Studios) was a production company founded by Michael Wildshill and Edward Walter Fowly. It used to be School Dare Productions LLC, a rights holder of School Dare franchise and a vantiy card. The rights to the franchise and the animation & post-production operations were shortly after acquired by Clearwater Partners II LLC

Domino then became a full-pledged production company for Omegalpha Productions. American Bro used to be it's subsidiary until it was merged into Clearwater Animation. Until 2017, Domino was a privately-held proprietary limited liability company.
